  • Telegram user ID
  • Google OAuth tokens (access/refresh tokens where applicable)
  • Google Spreadsheet ID used for your personal records
  • Session state needed to run bot conversations and flow logic

Why We Collect This Data

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: bot authentication, saving your choices, and generating summaries and related outputs.

Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored through the following services:

  • Supabase (session and service-side records)
  • Google Sheets (your choice records, in your own sheet)
  • Essential providers that support bot and AI processing

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with the infrastructure and providers required to operate the service:

  • Google APIs (Sheets and Drive)
  • Supabase (storage and backend records)
  • AI providers (Gemini, and OpenAI where applicable)
  • Vercel (hosting and logging infrastructure)

We do not sell Google user data.

Data Protection Mechanisms

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Restricted access controls based on least-privilege principles
  • Secrets stored as server-side environment variables
  • Token and session storage protected with access controls
  • Retention and deletion practices applied as described in this policy

Who Can Access Data

Access is limited to you, and to authorized service components required to operate the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide and secure the service, or as required by law.

Google Access and Revocation

You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions settings.
